meditation/exercise are now an important requirement of our daily routine. meditation helps us to control our energy and focusing on the positives of life. meditation requires not much efforts like gyming but all it takes is a silent open room full of fresh air and sunlight. meditation helps our brain to function properly also it purifies the negative thoughts from soul and body. it heals our mind and purifies our thoughts.


exercise helps our body to remain in shape. daily exercise boasts immunity and strengthens muscles. exercise tones our body while meditation tones our thought and soul. exercise cuts out the excess fat of our body and gives a good shaped body.


exercise these days is taking trends and we can do ample exercises without even moving our body by an inch. it brings flexibility to our body and helps in gaining shape. different exercises focus on various body parts and specifically puts pressure on them.
exercise/meditation is for everyone
activities are not just confined to teenagers or adults it is equally important for elders too. after one age the activeness tends to decrease thus to keep oneself active we must exercise/meditate daily.
